The Condos for Kids Board of Directors helps to guide the overall direction of the Foundation. They provide a broad range of experiences and perspectives that are helping to shape and mold charity into a successful foundation that will enrich the lives of many children and families in the years to come. In addition to setting the overall direction and vision for the foundation, the Board also provides regular oversight and guidance to the executive officers. The Board accomplishes this through an annual meeting in addition to at least three other evenly spaced meetings throughout the year. Among other responsibilities, the Board also elects the executive officers, appoints an executive committee and audit committee, and regularly evaluates the financials as presented by the President and Chief Financial Officer. All of these responsibilities are assumed with a focus towards achieving the foundations’ objectives through an open and trustworthy process that will continue to provide confidence and accountability to the public and the foundation’s donors.
