The Condos for Kids Foundation is a non-profit organization designed to provide young children with life threatening illnesses and their families the temporary use of luxury vacation properties and the means with which to enjoy them.

The Condos for Kids Foundation is organized as a 501(c)(3) corporation, contributions to which are deductible to the extent permitted by law. Accordingly, any out-of-pocket expenses associated with your donation may be tax deductible. The value of the temporary use of your vacation property, however, is generally not tax deductible.
